Ramblings about Ramen in Yokohama!
Last week we had a chance to make our very own chicken ramen in Yokohama. We kneaded the dough, pressed it flat, ran it through the cutter and designed our own custom package. Then we watched the ramen we created deep fry. Students enjoyed the whole process. Afterward we had a chance to try different kinds of ramen from around the world. Here are a few photos from the day:
