EL ALCÁZAR DE SEVILLA

The Álcazar is the name of the Islamic palace of Seville, built by the Christian king Pedro I. The architectural style is known as Mudejar,  a unique style that blends both cultures, only found in Spain.

Our students learned a lot about the history of the palace and its inhabitants from our guide, Fernando.

Inside the private rooms: archs, tiles, plaster and wood are the main elements used in the decorations.

A pool in between rooms provides both for freshness and aesthetic beauty.
